This course provides the practical skills and knowledge of continental cookery which covers French, Italian, English, American cuisines comprise of 3 to 4 courses continental dishes. 

Course objectives: After the completion of this course, the student will be able to:

2. Explain and prepare the Continental Soups 

3. Explain and prepare the Continental Main Courses

4. Explain and prepare the Continental Accompaniments consists of vegetables, potatoes, salads, pasta, sauces, dressing, etc. 

5. Explain and prepare the Sandwiches and Canapés 

6. Explain and prepare continental snacks 

7. Explain continental culinary terms
