Course Description:
This course introduces the student to concepts about the management of health care services, as it applies to the operations of a Health Post or Primary Health Care Center. This course teaches about the health care system in Nepal, fundamental principles of management, national health policy and health programs, health manpower in Nepal, health-related organizations and agencies, logistics management, leadership and personnel management, health issues, and professional practice. The student will acquire the necessary knowledge and skill to deal effectively with the diverse challenges of health service management.
